Cold Plunge — 1–2 min (recovery & endorphin release)
Ozone Steam Sauna — 15–20 min (oxygenate & rejuvenate)
Temperature Range: 48–150°F
After: Continue to hydrate throughout the day, avoid alcohol or heavy meals for 24 hours, and enjoy light movement (walking or stretching) to enhance circulation. Expect to feel lighter, calmer, and deeply re-energized.
