These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Club Contour Studios, LLC ("CCS," "we," "us," or "our") website located at clubcontourstudios.com (the "Website"), and your interactions with our wellness, body-contouring, and Contour Medical Clinic consultation services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Website, submitting a consultation request, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our Services.
01. Acceptance of Terms & Acceptable Use
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Website or Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website and Services immediately.

Contour Medical Clinic services, including Medical Weight Loss, TRT & Hormone Optimization, IV Therapy, and Mobile IV Therapy, are physician-supervised medical services. Any information provided on the Website, including service descriptions, blog content, or general wellness information, is for informational purposes only and is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 03. Consultation Requests & Scheduling
Submitting a consultation request through the Website, including through any Contour Medical Clinic consultation form, does not establish a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only after you have been formally accepted as a patient by a Contour Medical Clinic physician or licensed provider, typically following an in-person or telehealth consultation.
A consultation request is not a confirmed appointment. Submitting a request initiates contact from our team; your appointment is only confirmed once you have selected and confirmed a specific date and time through our booking system or with a member of our staff. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment times, but availability is not guaranteed. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as far in advance as possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or restrictions on future scheduling.

04. SMS Terms & Consent
Types of Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through a Club Contour Studios or Contour Medical Clinic form, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) related to consultation confirmations, scheduling and appointment communications, appointment reminders, and customer-support messages. Promotional or marketing text messages will only be sent if you separately opt in to marketing communications; transactional consent alone does not enroll you in promotional messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. 05. Payment Terms
Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout or at the studio. Deposits, where required, may be non-refundable. Consultations booked through Contour Medical Clinic are subject to the specific pricing and payment terms communicated to you at the time of scheduling. We are not responsible for any bank or card-issuer fees resulting from your payment method.
06. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Club Contour Studios, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent.
07. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Contour Studios, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
